We write and maintain this tuner ourselves, so messages are read by a person and they get answered. We do not use contact forms: plain email works better and leaves you with a copy of what you sent.

What you can write to us about

• Bugs and technical problems. If the tuner does not pick up any sound, shows the wrong note, or behaves oddly, tell us which browser and device you are using. That one detail makes the problem far easier to reproduce.
• Instruments and tunings. Is an instrument or a specific tuning missing? Ask for it. Most of the ones available today were added because somebody asked.
• Privacy and data. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection, or for any question about how data is processed, write to this same address. The details are in the privacy policy.
• Advertising and partnerships. Questions about the ads on the site, or collaboration proposals.

Before you write

Two problems come up again and again, and you can solve both yourself in about a minute:

• The browser never asks for microphone permission. Usually this means you denied it once before and the choice was remembered. Look for the padlock icon next to the web address and reset the site's permissions.
• The tuner does not detect anything. Check that you are on HTTPS, that no other application is holding the microphone, and that background noise is not excessive, because the tuner discards signals that are too weak in order to avoid false readings.
